Stout City Rockers is a 22 piece band from San Jose. They feature a different singer on every song! Brainchild Dave Miller (The Odd Numbers), is the central motivator and primary songwriter. Their second full length album has 12 songs. (That’s 12 lead singers, folks!) And they play live. Uzbek balladeers Kudrat and Kaisaer delivered an emotive single in their native tongue. These young virtuosos show great promise as performers and songwriters. 2 Smooth Individuals features MCs Rodney G and Ricky P. Their latest single, Fake Ballin’, describes the difference between a real boss and a counterfeit cousin. On Garrett Entertainment. The Nervous Tics from San Francisco have an amazing single called Stupid Little Heart. The sound is soulful, trashy and sometimes silly; instant underground classic. Sibling MCs Rumble Pak are representing San Francisco. J. Dub and Vidi deliver sharp lyrics over blunt beats. Pink Swastika raised their freak flag at Stout. Nine tragic numbers in the new Goth tradition. Perfect music for making out in a cemetery. Mr. Weav is an MC with a view from the Flipside of Things. He contemplates the netherworld outside of Oakland, California while walking the King’s Walk. Repllica continues to cut and curl dance floors from Half Moon Bay to St. Tropez. “Bump That!” The Real Sippin’ Whiskeys finished mixing their full length album; songs from the heart over heartland sounds. Bluesman Eagle Buckett prepares for flight with his new full length Good Rockin’ Time. Meanwhile, his alter-ego project, CC Doo Wap Dance Band, is beaming in the classic oldies.
